Reservations MUST be made 7 DAYS in Advance for Facilities &

30 DAYS for Chapel on the Green

Prior to submitting your reservation request, please check the calendar (HERE) to make certain the room, date and the time you would like to reserve is available.

REMINDER: Private INVITE ONLY parties at the MAC and the Pink Palace MUST provide their own disposable utensils, plates, cups and paper products.

Room Reservation Agreement

I agree to the terms of the Room Reservation Policy/Checklist, which you will receive when your reservation is confirmed. After your event has taken place and upon inspection, if any damage has been found, or any additional clean-up is necessary, you will be billed accordingly and could face possible loss of access or group privileges. Should your plans change, and you are unable to use the reservation, please notify calendar coordinators by telephone 910-575-8284 immediately.
