CONDO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATIONS

In addition to the Sea Trail Master Association, which governs the private properties in Sea Trail, there are 13 smaller Home Owners Associations which govern the condo or town homes within their boundaries. Ranging from the smallest, with 8 units, to the largest, with 111 units, these HOAs elect their own Board of Directors.

The Champions HOA is the largest condo complex in Sea Trail located off the Avenue of Champions and Club House Dr. It’s a six building community with one hundred eleven units, with elevators in each building and a private swimming pool with baths.  The complex provides many acres of beautiful landscaping and privacy.  Property manager is Community Association Management located in Sunset Beach.

The Club Villas Town Homes are comprised of 19 buildings containing 74 units located along Clubhouse Road and Kings Trail. All units contain either 3 or 4 bedrooms and all were built with resort rental in mind. Many units have garages, all feature at least two separate entrances.

Eastwood Bluff Town Homes are located on Eastwood Park Road. The two buildings, both consisting of four three-story units, overlook the par 3 seventh hole of the Byrd Course, its signature hole. 

Eastwood Landing Homes are located at Eastwood Landing Way. It consists of nineteen one family homes. The homes on Clubhouse Drive overlook the 12th hole on the Byrd Course with a lovely view of the fountain and the homes on the golf course overlook the 4th hole on the Byrd Course. The property is managed by The Eastwood Landing Homeowners Association.

Osprey Creek, located on Crooked Gulley Circle, is a beautiful town home community in Sea Trail. Our 48 beautiful units overlook the 14th hole of the Jones course along with a water view which is a great home to many birds and wildlife local to our area.  The property is managed by Community Associations Management (CAM), located at 790-8 Sunset Blvd.

Osprey Ridge Condominiums, located on Clubhouse Rd and Crooked Gulley Circle. The 54 primarily three bedroom condominiums overlook the 4th hole of the Jones course. The property is managed by Community Associations Management (CAM), located at 790-8 Sunset Blvd.

Osprey Watch Town Homes are located at 147 Crooked Gulley Circle. The sixteen one and two-story town homes overlook the picturesque 12th and 13th holes of the Jones course. The property is managed by Community Associations Management (CAM), located at 790-8 Sunset Blvd.

River Creek I Condominiums are located at 213 Clubhouse Road. The eight three- story buildings are nestled in a scenic wooded setting and overlook the Maples Golf Course and Calabash Creek. River Creek I recently underwent an extensive Landscape renovation in the fall of 2016. The property is managed by Alluvia HOA Management.

River Creek II Condominiums are located on Kings Trail Drive. There are twelve buildings with 72 units that overlook the beautiful 17th & 18th holes of the Maple course. The property is managed by Community Associations Management (CAM), located at 790-8 Sunset Blvd.

Royal Poste Condominiums, located on Royal Poste Road, consist of 96, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condos. Overlooking the magnificent 9th hole of the Maples golf course, all units offer a full appliance package including washer/dryer. All units provide porches to allow you to site outside and enjoy your surroundings. Many of the units have screen porches. These units are also conveniently located within walking distance of the Maples Activity Center (MAC), Maples Clubhouse, which was home to Brassie’s Pub and the Sea Trail activity center (VAC). Saw Mill Townhouses begin on Club House Rd and continue on the east side of Rice Mill Circle. The 3 buildings on Club House each have 4 units and the buildings on Rice Mill are duplex. We are 32 units managed by Atalaya Property Management.

Sugar Mill Condos are located on the west side of Rice Mill Circle starting at Club House Road, overlooking the 9th hole of the Jone’s Golf course. There are 10 buildings with 4 units in each building. The property is managed by Benchmark/CAM Property Management.

The Woods is a townhouse HOA located in the Live Oak section of Sea Trail Resort. It is situated on the left side of the Maples 6th fairway and in walking distance to many of the Resort amenities.  It consists of five separate buildings for a total of 20 units. It has been in existence since 1986.  The Woods gets its name from the privacy and quiet surroundings afforded it by many trees. Of the twenty units there are several original owners with 13 homeowners in permanent residency. What makes The Woods unique is that it maintains its own private swimming pool and all units are on one floor. Located a mile and a quarter from Sunset Beach and a short drive to North Myrtle Beach, one can enjoy a variety of restaurants and entertainment.
