PORCH Monthly Food Collection
‘Fight Hunger One Porch at a Time’
PORCH is a food collection opportunity within our community for residents to help the ever-growing number of families in Brunswick County who need food. This effort will be Sea Trail wide and is supported by the Master Association. Once a month, a team of volunteers within Sea Trail will place a tub/box/container on their porch or at the end of their driveway where residents can drop off non-perishable, non-expired food items. The donations will then be taken to The Lord’s Food Pantry, sorted, weighed and distributed to 11 different charitable groups in our county. Your donations are so important to this program in helping those who are currently in need. You can help by either dropping off food and/or volunteering with the program. Next Collection Date: June 14 & 15, 2023
Please drop off your donations to your neighborhood volunteer on either Wednesday, June 14 from 9 – 5 PM or Thursday, June 15 from 9 – 11 AM. All donations must be received no later than 11:00 AM. Please Note: Containers are brought in each evening. Thank you for your generous donation and supporting PORCH!
