Health, Safety & Emergency Preparedness Info

Being prepared to handle an emergency can be the difference between life and death. On airplanes, during the safety demonstration, it’s usually said that everyone needs to put on their own oxygen mask first before trying to help others. Most emergencies are like that. The first step is to stay calm and manage any rising tide of panic. One way to manage panic is by having established plans for common types of emergencies.

  • Prevent Illness
  • Prevent Injury
  • Wound Management
  • Keep Food and Water Safe
  • Extreme Heat
