STMA INFORMATION

Where do I find answers to quesions I have about the powers of the Board, Declarant and Operation of our Association?

Answers to these questions can be found in the Second Amended Consolidated Master Declaration and Development Plan for Sea Trail Plantation including Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, “Master Declaration.”  This is the main governing document for Sea Trail Master Association.  The Master Declaration is a 50+ page document, which makes it difficult to find immediate answers to questions.

Therefore, the STMA Board asked the STMA Attorney, Colin Tarrant, to create a document that answers some of the Frequently Asked Questions about the “Master Declaration.”  Please click HERE for the “Master Declaration FAQs.”

Where can I find the STMA rules?

Click STMA RULES 08-05-21 to read the Rules document.

How do I submit a RULE VIOLATION to the Sea Trail Master Association?

ALL violations must be submitted online using the Rules Violation ReportClick HERE (Please DO NOT Call)

You can access STMA Rules in various locations:
