By the Property Owner permission for the use of their Property Owner Access Card and their signature below, and the Tenant(s) signature below, we acknowledge and represent that we have received a copy of and are familiar with the Sea Trail Master Association Inc. RULES as applicable to the use of all common facilities and our obligations to comply with those rules and regulations in the use of any Property Owner Access Card. We further acknowledge and represent that notwithstanding the granting of permission in this Authorization, Property Owner(s) and Tenant(s) shall be fully liable and responsible for compliance with the STMA RULES, the conduct of those individuals to whom use is authorized, and for any damages which may result from violations of the RULES. We further acknowledge and understand that the privileges under the Property Owner Access Card(s) may be suspended, de-activated, or forfeited as a result of any violations of the STMA RULES resulting from the conduct of the individuals for whom I am authorizing use, and that I may be subject to monetary penalties for violations and re-activation fees. A property owner who rents and allows a tenant(s) the use of their access card(s) forfeits the right to use either of their cards issued to the property owner during the duration on of the lease.
