Calling All Singers
Consider this your invitation to join the Sea Trail Songbirds. We will be starting rehearsals for the annual Christmas program on Monday, October 2 from 3:30 to 5:00 in the Creekside Multi-Purpose room. We currently have about 30-35 members who enjoy getting together to sing but are always eager for new members to join us. We especially need more men to join. Traditional concerts include the Christmas Concert and the Patriotic Concert (near July 4th). Occasionally, we also hold a Spring Concert as well. Rehearsals begin about 8-10 weeks prior to each concert and are held on Monday afternoons from 3:30-5:00.
There are no auditions but being able to read music is a plus. We do ask that you can match pitches and sing in tune. LOl.
We may not be a professional organization but we do work hard to give quality performances.

Michael has a Bachelor of Music degree from Appalachian State University and a Masters in Music Education from LSU. His experience includes over 23 years of successful teaching as a high school band director and received the Award of Excellence in teaching given by the North Carolina Bandmasters Association. He also served 11 years as director of his church choir.
