We are pleased to announce that effective today, your Board of Directors has elected to have CAMS (Community Association Management Services) transition its services from Accounting Services to FULL Management Services for Sea Trail Master Association, Inc.

CAMS will furnish all services necessary to provide a turnkey community management solution for Sea Trail. This will include the addition of a professional On-Site Community Manager, who will work with your current On-Site Administrator, Debra Bordeaux, the Board of Directors and Committee Chairs in establishing clear policies and procedures, which are consistent with your governing documents and the needs of your community, over the next several months.

In addition to the accounting services CAMS is already providing Sea Trail, CAMS will be responsible with assisting the board and administration in the following areas:

Policies and Procedures

  • Guidance with Legal
  • ARC Review
  • Common Area & Amenity Management
  • Annual Budget Preparation
  • Property Inspections
  • Coordination of Maintenance Projects with Committees
  • Association Contracts

Owners will continue to have access to CAMS by phone, email, and 24/7 access to the CAMS Owners Portal. General maintenance requests, ARC’s, and amenity requests will be administered through CAMS moving forward.
