Rice Mill Circle will be closed from the Pink Palace to Edgewater Circle for spillway repairs this week; Monday through Friday from 7AM to 5PM (October 30 – November3). There will be a path open for golf carts to cross the street. Please DO NOT drive around the road closed signs. There is heavy equipment working, and the road is closed to prevent damage to vehicles and to keep everyone safe.
