Dear Sea Trail Property Owners;

Our Assistant Community Manager, Debbie Cornell, will be out on a medical leave of absence beginning Tuesday, 6/14/22.  For approximately 4-6 weeks the Sea Trail Master Association office will have limited hours where the Onsite General Manager, Annette Louder, will be working in the main office in the Creekside Building to assist residents in person and take phone calls.  The office will be open from 9 am to 12:00 pm Monday – Friday.  Although the office will be closed from 12:00 – 5:00 pm daily, phone messages will be monitored and calls will be returned as soon as possible. Please call 910-579-5374 or email alouder@camsmgt.com to schedule an appointment, if possible, for ARC discussions, picking up access cards, etc.  We appreciate your patience and understanding.
