This year for our Annual Members’ meeting scheduled for November 9th all residents will submit electronically their proxy to establish a quorum.  Proxies will no longer be mailed nor returned per USPS mail (except in rare situations).  The Annual Meeting Notice, Proxy and Treasurers report will all come via a President’s Message email blast in October.  This change will be a great savings both financially and in time required to complete the process to establish a quorum.

The new Proxy is very easy to complete.  Just fill in the required demographic information, check the box that applies:  agree/decline to the printed statement, sign the Proxy using your mouse/touchpad and then click the SUBMIT button.

Please Note:  To make certain each property owner receives this important information, we need each owner to make certain their email address is current on the Member Directory.  If you are not familiar with how to update your information here are detailed directions:

  • In the top right corner of any website page (STMA Member Log In), enter your username and password in the corresponding fields and click Login.  Once you login, click on Profile in the upper right corner.  You will see your profile > Click on Edit > Click on My Account > on the left side click on Change Password > fill in your Current Password > Add your New Password and Confirm Password > Click the Update Password button.  You will see a confirmation message in green stating “Your account was updated successfully.”
