Nicole DePauw has passed the baton to a new instructor for the Tuesday morning exercise class that is held from 8-9 am in the multi-purpose room of the Creekside building.  Anthony Merrill (Coach A) will be leading this new class entitled Body Toning and Strength Conditioning, a circuit training regimen that targets the core, arms, glutes, back and legs.  If interested in this new class, please bring a floor mat, light weights and a belt or strap.  For more information, Coach A can be contacted via his email:
