A new Gentle Flow Yoga class is being added to our Exercise Class Schedule. Beginning Sunday, September 24th this class is being taught by Leana Jennetty and will be held in the Creekside Multi-Purpose Room from 1-2 PM
All are welcome to this foundational yoga class where we will explore different postures and movements aimed to nourish, detox and strengthen the whole body. Each week the class will offer changing focuses to hone into different styles of movement, breathing exercises and philosophies. The aim is to regulate the nervous system and learn new practices to implement throughout our day-to-day life.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class and come prepared with your yoga mat, blocks, towel or small blanket. If you have a yoga strap and bolster those will be beneficial to practice as well. Chairs will be available at the studio for additional support.
