A community meeting in regards to the upcoming Calabash River bridge replacement project will be held at Sunset Beach Town Hall on Wednesday, May 31 at 6:00 p.m. “We’re just going to be giving out the information on what we’re planning to do for emergencies and public safety operations while that bridge is closed,” Sunset Beach Town Administrator Lisa Anglin said. NCDOT officials will also be available during the meeting to answer citizens’ questions. The meeting will be live streamed on the Town of Sunset Beach YouTube channel also.
