Flu Season Precautions
Flu season usually ends around the end of March or early part of April. Washing your hands is one way of helping to prevent the spread of germs. Also, if you go to the gym, be conscious of the fact that although it is expected that those who use the equipment will wipe it down after each use, it has been observed that this is not always the case. A suggestion would be to wipe down the equipment before and after you use it.
