During these very hot days, there are multiple exercise classes being offered in the cool air-conditioned multi-purpose room of the Creekside Building. Different exercise classes are offered each morning. The Tuesday (Fit 4 Life: Strength, Balance, Flexibility & Mobility) class is being hosted by Linda Morgan, subbing two weeks for Anthony Merrill.
