A State of Emergency has been issued for Brunswick County. Click here to view the Declaration. A reminder as more cases are found in the County, we urge everyone to follow these guidelines:

  • Strongly suggest essential travel only (grocery store, pharmacies, health providers, gas stations).
  • Stay at home as much as possible.
  • Follow social distancing.
  • Strongly suggest that you do not invite out-of- town relatives and other guest to visit the community.
  • Use communication options such as phone, skype, etc., to keep in touch with friends and family to limit your exposure.
  • Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
  • Use tissues, not handkerchiefs.  Do not reuse tissues.
  • Clean and disinfect surfaces that are frequently touched.
  • Suggested alternatives to keep busy: Read, play computer or board games, walk, bike, work on crafts or in the yard, start your spring cleaning, organize your closets, clean out the garage, organize you photos or desk files, research a new hobby or tackle those unfinished DIY projects.
  • Keep informed, follow suggestions, stay positive, and we will get through this together.
